Webull’s 4:00 a.m. pre-market start matches the clock face of some exchange early sessions (Arca, Nasdaq, MEMX, Cboe BZX/EDGX). Matching a clock face does not make Webull the venue. Webull 4:00 a.m. is not Arca 4:00 a.m.

Keep the five objects separate. Webull broker pre-market: 4:00 a.m. TradeStation broker access: 6:00 a.m. Charles Schwab (TD Ameritrade) international pre-market: 7:00 a.m. IEX exchange pre-market: 8:00 a.m. NYSE Arca exchange Early: 4:00 a.m. NYSE American Early is 7:00 a.m. on the exchange, not on Webull. IEX post-market ends at 5:00 p.m.; Webull after-hours is listed to 8:00 p.m. — still broker access, still not IEX.

If you flatten “pre-market” into one candle from 4:00 a.m., you mixed a broker window with whatever exchange books were actually open. Arca Early is one of those books. Webull is not Arca. Nasdaq early is another book. Webull is not Nasdaq. Do not write Webull hours into the official exchange matrix.

Overnight ATS is not Dec 6 exchange overnight

Webull overnight is 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. ET, Sunday through Thursday, with executions and quotes described as coming from an overnight ATS (Blue Ocean named). That path can run while listed exchange overnight is still planned, not live. Arca’s planned overnight is 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. from 6 December 2026, subject to SEC, SIP, and DTCC — not live as of 25 August 2026. Different start (8:00 p.m. vs planned 9:00 p.m.), different object (ATS vs exchange session), different status (broker access now vs exchange plan).

Do not call Webull overnight “23/5 exchange trading.” Do not invent a Webull overnight auction. Off-core prints typically carry sale condition T and are not last-sale eligible. Cboe C1 equity-options GTH is TBA. Trading halts in regular hours follow the usual LULD and news-halt machinery; this page invents no halt counts, no overnight volume, and no fill rates.

Blue Ocean is named as the overnight ATS on Webull’s overnight FAQ. Naming that ATS does not turn Webull into an exchange and does not turn Blue Ocean into NYSE Arca overnight. Sunday through Thursday is the overnight calendar on that FAQ — not a claim that every symbol trades every minute, and this page invents no symbol list or notional cap. Quotes during overnight are described as ATS quotes, not as the SIP last-sale tape used in regular hours. Do not mark a 10:00 p.m. Webull last as the official close. After-hours on Webull is listed 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; that is still broker access, not IEX (IEX post ends 5:00 p.m.) and not a second official close.
