6:00 a.m. is not an official NYSE or Nasdaq start in the locked 2026 split. Tape A NYSE has no continuous early session (queue 6:30 a.m. into the 9:30 a.m. auction). American continuous early is 7:00 a.m., not 6:00. Arca continuous early is 4:00 a.m., not 6:00. A 6:05 a.m. TradeStation-routed print is broker access. IEX post already ended at 5:00 p.m., while some other NMS late books run to 8:00 p.m. as exchange sessions. Same 8:00 p.m. stamp, different object.
