Refunds

Our mailing address is Denntech, PO Box 0135, Clarkson, KY 42726. Write to support@denntech.io.

These are digital downloads. PayPal takes the payment. After PayPal marks it complete, we email the installer and the license.

Trading results are not refunds. A loss, a missed move, or a tax outcome is not something we repay. The apps are tools. They are not advice and not a promise.

If the installer will not open on a normal Windows PC, email support@denntech.io from the address you paid with. Tell us the app and what Windows showed you. We will help you open it, or we will replace the download. That is the remedy for a file that will not run.

The product waiver on the stock scanner buy page still applies to that app.
